I am trying to remote desktop within my
LAN.  I am not running a domain, and have ran the Network
Setup Wizard on all 3 XP machines and I am able to see
all computers in My Network Places from all 3 stations.

Heres the problem...
I have a few XP Pro machines with rdc on all and all on the same lan
segment.  If I log in to the server and go to the \tsweb folder, open the
default.htm page, I can remote into any pc on the lan. If I try to go over

Ive looked in Eventviewer/system, with log-all ticked, but it doesnt show
succesfull connections nor IP of incomming client PC.
Where can I aquire this info?

Hey folks,
   I have two XP Pro SP2 machines behind a router, which are Remote
Desktop-enabled. One machine is on the default port 3389 while the other is
on 3390 and these ports are forwarded to the appropriate static IP in the

Can anyone help me with these VPN clients.  So far I've tried both of them
and immediately after installing them, rebooting, I'm dead in the water - no
network.  Can't even ping my router.  I can uninstall them and it works
fine, but not with them installed.

Is it possible to network two computers together using a VPN over the
internet that are both running WinXP home edition?  I'v setup my computer to
