Wheres all the IPSEC v PPTP settings gone for incomming VPN connections in XP-Sp2 Im sure they were available before..... can anyone confirm!

I have been running remote desktop sessions with xp pro on client and host. When the host is on standby, I can't login from client PC. After I the remote connection window appears and I type in user and password info, the entire session minimizes and nothing else happens.

I have a PC hardwired to my router and then a Notebook that is wireless. When I try to connect remotely to either one it says that the other does not have remote desktop enabled. I know this is a very easy fix but where do I go to enable remote desktop?
