Looking to install admin pak on my WIN XP Pro machine in
order to administer a domain with both 2000 and Server
2003.
From which CD should should I install teh amdinpak from?  

I have an XPP machine that I need to which I need to give a remote user
FTP access so that he can upload his documents daily. The documents will
then be backed up each night on the XPP machine. How do I enable the FTP
server on XPP? Should I get an add-on utility like CuteFTP?

very unstable...

All my company's PC is using internal IP e.g(192.168.1.x)
i understand that these internal IPs cannot be directly access
