Is it possible to use RDC in XP home to connect to windows server 2003? I was able to connect to Windows 2000 with RDC but then they went and upgraded and they tell me I need XP pro now.

I connect to my PC from work using Remote Desktop. Lately I've been getting a message similar to "User(Name) is logged on to this PC, if you connect they will be disconnected, do you wish to continue." The other User is working locally, not remotely.
