I am running XP pro on both machines and have been using
RDC to connect from my laptop to my desktop for a year.  
As of two weeks ago this has stopped working.

I have two servers, one Windows 2003 and one Windows 2000.
I currently connect to the Win 2K Machine that is located in Dalles from my
2K3 Machine located in Portland using Remote Desktop.
However, I need to setup two other users to be able to do the same thing

display the page and then times out.  
This works with another PC.  Both systems are XP Pro.  If
going directly via the LAN Not using the VPN IE appears
