We are having problems getting "Offer Remote Assistance" to work in our
Child Domain (part of an Active Directory Forest).  In Offer Remote

THe first time I used RD it worked great, but the next time it kept
disconnecting and then reconnecting.  Any answers to this problem.  Both home
and work are using XP Pro and both are using Comcast.  Power management is
turned off on both NIC's.

I have no idea what I am doing here?  I am trying to set-up remote access

I log into my workstation use RDP when I get into the office my workstation
is locked.  Can I turn this feature off so that my workstation does not lock?
Is this a fearture of Windows Remote Desktop?  If I don't require to use
Ctrl-Alt-Del, would this solve the problem?

I have an NT 4 sp6 server with no modem installed, server has one NIC.
It is the PDC.  ADSL Broadband has recently been installed at the
