After reading all threads, can't find any answer how to fix remote desktop after SP2 install. Even disabled firewall and still can't connect. This is ridiculous - an upgrade distroyed my ability to work remotely. Anyone ever used GoToMyPC.com?

I am a Mac user and I have to show someone that uses a PC Windows XP how to up load new files to a server using an FTP program. I use Fetch for the Mac. Does Windows xp come with an FTP program? or do I need to have them download a program?
