I have 2 computers at 2 different houses.  I want to be able to call thess
computers from either location and access all files folders ect.depending on
which one im at, at the time and transfer files back and forth as if i was
sitting at that computer sending file to a drive or ...

I have several users who access a box I have that runs Windows Server 2003
Standard edition.  They access the box and its applications by running Remote
Desktop Connection.  Some users can see their local printers, others cannot.  

I there a way an end user can view the remote session live, xp to xp?  this
can be an effective training tool if there is a way to accomplish a viewable
session on the other end.
