Is there a way to login to a domain remotely without having first logged into the domain locally? I can login as admiminstrator of the local machine and then VPN into the domain, but how can I login to my laptop with the domain set to domain-name and not the local machine name?

I have Windows XP Professional with SP2. I got the firewall turned off, and set the group policy to enable RA. However, the only way for me to get it to work in my environment is to boot into Safe Mode and type in the command prompt, "sessmgr.exe -service".
