I can do a Remote Desktop to my Gateway Dialup computer. (even though its got
a variable IP Address). Thats FINE. It is basically doing Internet Connection
Sharing (ICS)

I am using a Windows Xp Professional Sp2 computer. I was in a Remote Desktop
session with another Windows Xp Professional Sp2 computer and the plant
