I recently installed office 2003 on my desktop (runs xp service pack 2)
I sometimes work remote desktop onto my desk machine but have noticed that
when I try to scroll down in excel (or word) it takes ages - as if it's doing
one line at a time. Its very very frustrating.

I am trying to configure VPN and Remote Desktop connections on my
network. These were working fine, until recently I had to swap out our
Win2K Server box for an XP Pro box. Our setup is this:

I've tried everything I can think of:
* system properties > remote tab > advanced button
all check boxes checked appropriately
* Connected directly to DSL Modem
