I recently installed office 2003 on my desktop (runs xp service pack 2)
I sometimes work remote desktop onto my desk machine but have noticed that
when I try to scroll down in excel (or word) it takes ages - as if it's doing
one line at a time. Its very very frustrating.

I am trying to configure VPN and Remote Desktop connections on my
network. These were working fine, until recently I had to swap out our
Win2K Server box for an XP Pro box. Our setup is this:

Hello everyone, this is my first post here.
And when i am at work, i first thought VNC would have been able to
connect to computers outside of a lan but i have noticed it has not
worked.

I've tried everything I can think of:
* system properties > remote tab > advanced button
all check boxes checked appropriately
* Connected directly to DSL Modem

In the internet explorer even thought I set www.hotmail.com as the home
page, when I close and restart the browser, it does not take the settings.
any idea what is theproblem.

I have a computer where VirtualPC 2004SP1 is installed, with 2 virtual
machines: one windows2003 server and one windows xp pro.
I access this computer usually through remote desktop, since there is no
