If I have a small business and have less than a dozen employees working remotely and I want to create a VPN connection to a server for each of them, what do I need on the client side and the server side to accomplish this? What is the cost on the client side and server side?

I have been trying for some time now to try to connect to my home computer from a computer outside my home wireless network, but to no avail. I have a D-Link router and I setup Remote Desktop as a virtual server on the router. Everything that I can think of is enabled.
