I have been trying to connect using remote assistance with family in Wyoming,
Ohio, Colorado and Florida but all I get is the window that says "Attempting
to connect" - no error messages, no messages of any kind but know connection

I have a network that has a workgroup that has 3 2k pcs the rest are in a
domain on same network. is it possible to use remote desktop from the xp pcs
to the 2k pcs??

All of a sudden, the vpn connection to the office has stopped working - am
connecting an xp machine to an sbs 2003 server. User dials up to isp ok -
when he tries to connect via the vpn the following error message is
displayed:

RDP works on Machine A, with XPpro, SP2.  I get a "network connection
error" on machine B.  I've done all of the usual trouble shooting
things...checking terminal services, setup, etc.
Any ideas?

servers that are on my network except my Windows 2003 servers.  The funny

Have a problem with being able to logon to laptop with domain
credentials when Saftenet (Zyxel VPN client) is installed.

I am new at trying to use Remote Assistance.  When I try to send an
invitation to start a RA session, I get a dialogue box that says "A program
could not start. Please try again".  Anybody got any idea what program it is
