When I'm connecting to a Win XP system I can't see the services that interact with the desktop. On a Win 2003 server using the /console switch I see the services. Is there a way to see those services using remote desktop for WinXP?

i remotely connect to my work via an ipsec vpn and use rdp to connect to the workplaces terminal server. its extremely fast and is impressive by anybodies standards. however as with all ipsec's, they need configuring at both endpoints. pptp

At work, I was on the phone with our company's IT group. I IPCONFIG'd and gave him my ip address. Next thing I know, he was working my desktop remotely. How did he do that??? FYI OS is Win 2K. If they are using 3rd party softare, how can I find out what they are using???

I have a laptop with ATI Radeon 7500 graphics card and a 15" display and a desktop comp with ATI Radeon 9600 graphics card and a 17" display. When I do an RC from the desktop to laptop I can never get my color quality more than 16bit.
