I am trying to allow a friend (running Win2k) to access my PC (running XP Pro) over the internet. I enabled Remote Desktop on my PC and made sure my firewall is allowing exceptions. He installed the Remote Desktop client on his PC.

Does remote desktop record any keystrokes on the machine that you are connecting from? (e.g. If I type a letter from work on my machine at home, does a copy exist in the machine at work?) Or do certian things log into the index.dat for internet purposes?
