I've given up on my presvious questions a few posts back,  because I've just
discovered that my ISP blocks all inbound ports below 1024, so I can't
tunnel through HTTP.

Can I dial in from my laptop to my broadband desktop computer.  If so, can

I have had an ongoing email "conversation" with MSN Messenger Tech Support

members computer?  That is without someone here to authorize it.  I am going
