When trying to sent an invitation for remote assitance I get a message telling me that "Aprogram could not start, please try again". Trying again and again doesn't change the outcome. What program is not starting? And what do I have to do to overcome that?

I have several virtual machines that run specialized software where the users access the virtual XP Pro machine via RDP. Everything works great, except sometimes people disconnect and leave the session locked. Is there a way to allow a normal user to forceably close another users

I am able to connect sucessfully to WIN XP Pro computer usine RDC. However I am unable to connect from outside the LAN. The firewall (LinkSYS Router has nothing turned on and the Windows Firewall is set to work with RDC based on instructions from Microsoft.
