How can i setup remote desktop so that on my domain, i can access a computer
where a user is working without locking the session? i need him to show the
problem, and then i need to work on his profile for the solution (Like
RealVNC does it)

I am using offline files for My Documents on a server at my office. Everytime
my computer boots up and the system tries sync a message pops up telling me I

I have established a VPN between my home and work network.  The VPN will
connect and stay connected   But I can not get remote desktop to find my
computer at work.   I can use remote desktop from one of my other computers
on the LAN at work but I can't over the VPN.

I try to remotely control a desktop PC running WinXP Pro SP2 from a laptop
with the same OS. On my desktop I run Cubase and have a USB MIDI device
(Steinberg USB-2-MIDI) attached for getting input from my (piano) keyboard.
