The company I'm connecting to asked me to upgrade from RDC 5.1 TO 5.2. I can only find an install download on the Microsoft site, not an upgrade option. It won't allow me to reinstall because it already exists on my PC (Windows XP Professional). I need a suggestion! Thanks!

I wonder know what I have to do to resolve this..., everytime that I want to connect remotely with my father's computer this messange come out... "Remote Assistance connection could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved. Please try again."

Is there a way with Remote Desktop to make it only accept connections from clients with specific IP addresses? Or maybe specify an aceptable range of IPs? Or whose IP address matches a mask, for example, "10.1.*.*" ?
