Every time i minimize my remote desktop so that i could work on my local

Isn't it supposed to be possible for 2 people to be logged on at the
same time when using RD (that is 1 logged on locally and the other can
RD into the machine w/o interrupting the first one).  I know that I've

I need to access the server at a company that i work for using VNC. The
