Identical Hardware, Software and Configuration on each machine - simple file

When I show context menu of any application in RDC (f.e. right click in MS
Word which is used remotely) and next I close this menu (clicking elsewhere),
the background of context menu is shown false. Mainly the part of left upper

I have been using RDP to access my work computer when working from home for
years without any problem.  I just got a new pc for work and am having a
wierd issue.  I can use RDP on the new pc only after I have logged into the
new pc locally.
