Offline Files won't synchronize automatically16 Feb 2006 00:16 GMT2
I was under the impression that if a network connection became active
then Offline Files would synchronize all files on that connection that
had been made available offline.  But it seems like I can never get the
Offline Files feature to do this automatically.  Instead, whenever a

In the middle of rolling out terminal services and I have hit a bit of a snag.
My Terminal Services Client PC's autologon and then automatically run a
script to connect to the terminal server.  All of this works fine.
My problem is this : -

I configured Remote Desktop Connection on Windows XP Professional.
This is the scenario:
User A accesses to the remote computer using "Technical-Support" as
username.  No problems to establish the connection.

I am using xp Pro and Server 2000.  I have mapped "my documents" to a share
on the server,  offline files are enabled and the synchronized file on the
server has been "made available offline".  I have 2 questions:

I invite an X computer using window messenger is workable. But when X

Is it possible to use remote desktop to watch a users sessions while they are
working?  I would like to setup my XP machines so that when a user calls for
support I can jump into their session to see what they are seeing.  This
would make it much easier for support.
