I invite an X computer using window messenger is workable. But when X computer invite me, I accept the invitation, then no message in X computer, the line is lost. We have opened the firewall but the result is the same, I cannot log into X computer.

Is it possible to use remote desktop to watch a users sessions while they are working? I would like to setup my XP machines so that when a user calls for support I can jump into their session to see what they are seeing. This would make it much easier for support.
