In the middle of rolling out terminal services and I have hit a bit of a snag.
My Terminal Services Client PC's autologon and then automatically run a
script to connect to the terminal server.  All of this works fine.
My problem is this : -

I configured Remote Desktop Connection on Windows XP Professional.
This is the scenario:
User A accesses to the remote computer using "Technical-Support" as
username.  No problems to establish the connection.

I am using xp Pro and Server 2000.  I have mapped "my documents" to a share
on the server,  offline files are enabled and the synchronized file on the
server has been "made available offline".  I have 2 questions:
Why is "Synchronize when I log off" grayed out in Tools, Folder ...

I am getting errors in synchronizing with a "Package for CD" Power Point
file.  Does synchronize not work with ppt files or any of the other files
that are in that folder??

Is it possible to use remote desktop to watch a users sessions while they are
working?  I would like to setup my XP machines so that when a user calls for
support I can jump into their session to see what they are seeing.  This
would make it much easier for support.

In trying use remote assistance as "novice" we get the above error message
on the "expert" machine and cannot connect to the "novice".
