Does XP Pro have either timed wake-up or timed turn-on commands? Need to know because I'd like to put together a windows palm w/ "go2mypc" as the remote control, but at certain time I'd need my pc on in the morning. Thx if anyone can help.

I installed ZoneAlarm (just to see what outbound data was flowing) and then uninstalled it. (It was on my machine for 5 mins!) Now Remote Desktop does not work. Just get error saying that I cannot connect to the remote computer.

I have my laptop set up as the host, and is connected to the internet via wireless router. When I try to use a client to sign onto the host, the host goes to the welcome screen saying that the user is still logged on, but it turns off the wireless card and thus disconnecting

I was asked to setup 4 remote desktop connections in our network. I have 1 external IP to use. I was thinking of using alternative ports from the same exteranl host. example, I forward all port 3389 to PC A all port 3390 to PC B etc...
