I have a user who uses remote desktop to go from his home pc to his work machine. He would like to go the other way. He has a home network that uses a DSL router, hub, private LAN IPs, etc. Can this be setup to come in from the outside world? He has used GotoMyPC

We can't get remote assist to work reliably for our home clients. It may be a personal firewall, software or some other reasons but we can't justify flying to each one's home just to find out what is causing the issue for each.

OCcasionally I woud like to to "take over" my home desktop pc from my notebook. I don't like Remote Desktop because it logs out the user on the desktop. Remote Assistance is almost OK, but I have to go to the desktop to allow the conection.
