I'm trying to connect to my computer at work via the web.

Problems with VPN on windows server 2003 network
Hello every one.... I am having problems accessing resources connecting
a PPTP VPN (virtual privet network connection); Couple of things are
happening.  My network tree is as follow.

I am planning to setup an end to end vpn with two cisco pix routers.  I
need to be able to browse a folder on the other remote network.  I am
sure the netbios name will not pass through the tunnel so I was planning
to place an entry in lmhosts(is this correct?)

Ok, here's the problem, and it's got me stumped.
A network of several identical modal HP laptops, setup as shipped, with
software added, and joined to SBS2003 domain. Laptops running up to date XP
Pro SP2.

We have a setup here where an XP Pro machine acts as
host for a single incoming VPN connection from another XP machine.

This is a seemling simple problem, but has me completely stumped.
Very simply I just would like to allow users to remotely connect to two
(or more) different workstations on site using the the Netgear RP614
(v3) router...

I was told that Windows XP home edition does not support remote desktop as a
host.  
However, Windows XP Media Center does.  How do I upgrade to "Media Center"?
