When I connect to anothers pc using Remote assitance the mouse disappears from there screen. It moves without movement of the mouse. Only when I view, if I take control then my mouse works. Any known issues with the mouse? I like to like the users show me what they are doing that ...

All of my settings for remote are correct. However, when I do a netstat -a command, I don't see port 3389 listening... The registry is showing that this port is the default 3389 of term svcs and has not been changed.

I'm able to change the port of remote desktop to 3390 but the firewall exception in windows is set to 3389. (turning the firewall off, I can connect just fine) There doesn't seem to be a way to edit it (or do an edit in the registry) so I'd like to add another exception set to 3390 ...
