I managed to ping the server [10.10.0.1] from the client behind a router [192.168.1.0/24]. My private (home) LAN is 172.16.0.0/24. Both the server and the client does receive read/write data (in the log) but the client can't connect to the Internet while it's connected

Does anyone know whether it can be enabled or not? Unlike in RDP session Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V does not work in RA. I'm wondering if it's possible at all. Are there different shortcuts or something needs to be enabled there via GPO or registry?

I work with a half a dozen machines located locally or remotely. I use local disks a lot and drag and drop to copy files around. The actual file transfer is generally quick, but navigating between the directories on the local disk can be VERY VERY slow.

I used to have RA working but now when a remote user requests RA with Windows Messenger the Remote Assistance Application doesn't even launch! Any suggestions on how to diagnose this would be appreciated. Thanks!

When we deploy a laptop to a user and they try to logon using cached domain credentials, it takes 2-3 hours for the OS to timeout and reply that the domain was not available. Users are then instructed by my IT group to logon to the system locally. I know this isn't right.
