It appears that remote desktop when opened on a remote computer cannot
see some programs. One of them is ntbackup.
eg. Open your remote desktop then start ntbackup, the process starts,
you can see it in the task manager BUT you cannot see it remotely on

I cannot access my local printers while connected to my server through the RDP.
I have tried to connect to both a local printer attached directly to my
laptop, and Network printers in the office.
I have ensured that the Printer box is checked in local resources.

I have setup and can connect to a vpn from home to my office via
Windows Server 2003.
Now I can see the shares on that particular server, but I need access
to the other servers in the network that have the data and programs I
