Can you use remote desktop connection with Windows XP Home?  I would like to

1. connecting to the *production* network from my office
2. connecting to the "normal" network from home (ADSL access): this
means I can work from home as if I were in my office.

Everytime I connect remotely from Home to my Work computer using Remote
Desktop it rearranges my icons on my work desktop.  Any option I can check,
or something I can modify to keep this from happening?  It's isn't a big
deal, but it's very annoying!
