In control panel->system->remote->remote desktop the check box and line "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer" are greyed out. Does anyone know if there is some pre-req to un-grey this? or how to un-grey it? so I can enable and get started.

We are having problem connecting to one of the computers at the office using remote desktop. Other people in the office are able to connect to their office PC while away. The one PC that we are having trouble with is XP Pro just like the others.
