I have setup 10 laptops to allow me to troubleshoot remotely and this works well if I logon as Administrator. The problem is if I logon as Administrator I cannot see what the user sees and therefore am unable to sort out certain issues.

I have a number of instruments with built-in PDAs, mostly Ipaqs. I would like to remotely contol/operate the instruments via 802.11. i used remore desktop computer-to-computer and PDA-to-computer but can't figure out to remotely control the PDA.
