All,
Trying to use my HP Photosmart D7160 connected to USB001 on the local
machine to print document during a remote session.
The printer box is ticked in the local resources tab. The printer does

I have installed Win XP SP3 and when I select Start -> All Programs ->
Accessories -> Communications, the Remote Desktop Connection item is missing
from the menu.

I have a Win 2003 server at my office with a shared drive.  I sometimes work
at home with XP.  I had been able to connect to the shared drive from home by
using its IP address, e.g. \\111.22.33.44.

I have setup 10 laptops to allow me to troubleshoot remotely and this works
well if I logon as Administrator.
The problem is if I logon as Administrator I cannot see what the user sees

I'm connecting to a via Remote Desktop to a Windows 2003 Small Business
server.  The client connects just fine, but never presents me with the logon
box.  I'm connecting from a XP SP3 box.  Any ideas?
