I would like to setup remote assistance in XP. When you go into help and support centre and selecte offer remote assistance i want to enter in the ip address of the machine and remote manage the machine. However i am unable to do so.

If you RDP into a computer and then RDP from that computer it becomes difficult to access the connection bar of the 2nd RDP connection because the first bar hides the 2nd. How can you access this one? I have a few ideas but don't know if they are possible.
