I am running Windows XP SP3.  When I try to invite someone to help me using
remote assistance, and I select the Save Invitation option, I get an error
"A program could not start.  Please try again".

i work for a governemnt agency.  we have to login into a citrix connection

Okay, I was attempting to get Remote Desktop Connection to display the
Windows XP Pro computer's desktops in 32 Bit Color instead of 16 bit.
I have read somewhere to go to Start > Run > gpedit.msc on the remote
(Windows XP Pro) computer.

I want to know if I need to install something to do a citrix system(client
