I'm trying to connect to a workstation at a client.
The client has a static IP address
The modem is an Actiontec GT701 and the ISP is QWest.  QWest offers no

connection, But I would not like to have all of my data streamed through this
connection.  (It blocks websites while connected so its a pain)
