The modem is an Actiontec GT701 and the ISP is QWest.  QWest offers no

To get my outlook for work when I am not on the LAN I have to dial a VPN
connection, But I would not like to have all of my data streamed through this
connection.  (It blocks websites while connected so its a pain)
