Have two computers One keeps the wireless connection alive when logging off THe other drops the connection when logging off. There must be a windows setting as the broadband properties are the same.

Can someone connect to my PC by remote and test it? The IP is: 192.168.1.3 Bellsoutth offered a free Westell DSL Modem and CompUSA had a Netgear Wireless Router for $10 after Rebate then you connect the 3 Ethernet LAN Cable and away you go - connectiing.

I am unable to connect to one of my computers (PC1) within a local network. All the other computers within the network is able to connect to each other and even the problematic computer is able to connect to other computers via RDC, it just won't accept connections.

Two systems often fail RDP connections. 1. With one host often, not always, I get the logon box and logon and it disappears and I get the color of the desktop but no icons and can't do anything. It stays like that till I close the connection.
