the task manager just flashes and dissappears right away
when i hit ctrl alt del, and same thing happens when i

Okay, Win XP has apparently died or got a virus.  I have
attempted starting it in safe mode and last known good

I had a virus - took my computer to a repair place and
since I've got it back I can't get on to secure sites.  I
have went to tools on internet explorer and made sure
that my factory defaults are correct.  The repair store
