When I access the internet I am bombarded with pop-up ads
so bad that microsoft gives me error messages and
sometimes shuts me down.  I down loaded zone alarm but it

I am running Windows XP on my Laptop.  Every time I save
a file to a rewritable cd it changes to read only and
will not let me change it.  When I try to change the
attribute I get a message that says: An error occured

Problem 1:  My account was changed from the Admin
account to a limited user.  The person who did this
thought that they made their account the admin.  When I
