I have a Dell laptop. I am frequently getting a error,
which says that the Remote Procedure Call(RPC) initited
(something), due to which the computer will shut down in

When any user logs onto this XP Pro box it starts an RPC
shutdown with a one minute countdown and then reboots. I
can get into safe mode and not be shutdown. This happened
after an upgrade to XP Pro from Win 98.
