Each Time I start my machine the mrtRate service
(whatever that is) fails to start.
The mrtRate service failed to start due to the following

Failed to set Security on the Destination Profile.  Error-
Access is Denied.
I successfully did this yesterday on another box, with
Windows XP Pro as the OS.  Today, on a new box running XP

I have a XP workstation with 3 profiles. This morbning I
started up but I do not have access anymore to my first
profile. When I logon with another I see the profiles
name under document and settings but access is refused.
