I can't login to the windows xp system.  When I turn the

HELP! ever since i got win XP pro i have been extremely
happy with it, recently i had a few Hard Drive problems

Its only just become apparent that I can change the attributes to a folder?
What I mean is that when I create a new folder anywhere the attributes are
always "read only".

Does anyone know how to 'lock' a folder IN PLACE so it
cannot be accidentally moved/dragged into another folder,
but still give the folder full access permissions???
