When I close down the computer the screen says that it is
shutting down and then that it saving my settings and

BACKGROUND.
My AV package (Panda)has disinfected 250+ instances of
the Gibe Worm last 2wks or so. As anyone who's had it
will be aware, Gibe masquerades as an MS security update.

I tried to use the Restore function on my HP computer and
somehow crashed the software. I get an LSASS.EXE error
stating the password could not be updated.

The service pack downloaded ok but won't install - access
denied.  What is the problem?  Why can't it install?  My

again.  Three days in a raw I am getting the
notice "Security Update for Microsoft Windows XP (329834"
notice.  i am downloading and installing succesffuly each
