I support over one hundred Tablet PC's that have been

Have windows XP.  Was running very slow, so I defraged in
safe mode.  Many files were infected.  After I tried to
boot again, the computer will not let me do anything;

I installed AVG 6.0 anti-viral software last week,and it
located the virus in C:\System Volume Information. I
followed the procedure to remove the virus, and have also
downloaded a Windows patch but the message still keeps
