I was trying to down load a file this morning for webex
and found that not only could I not download the file but
my computer was booted of the internet. The onlt way I
could get it back up was to power cycle the modem. Anyone

I have just networked my computer with a laptop.  We have
a Direcway satellite connection which is behind a
firewall.  When I used this connection myself (before the
networking) I was able to get into any website I wanted.

Who is ASP.NET and why is it an administrator on my Home
XP? Well, no longer as I reduced it to Limited and then
deleted the User altogether.

Hi guys. I networked 5 computers today as a favor to a non-
profit group. Everything was going smothly until I
added "File and Print Sharing" to an 2 year old HP that

  I have a problem with an external Teak USB FDD.  When
the drive is plugged into WinXP Pro (Sp1) it detects it
and works fine.  The problem comes when i try to "Safely
remove hardware".  The System brings up a list of devices
