Can anyone tell me how to install a program so that I can

Tried to download SP1a several times.  Each time get a
flag 2/3rds way through download saying that the server

How can I get rid of this spam from microsoft, ms inet email delivery system
etc. I must get close to 200 messages everyday with this worthless stuff. I

When I click on the "details" button near the Encrypt contents to
secure data check box in the advanced property tab of a folder, I get
an error message "adding users to encrypted folders is not allowed". I
