I had my computer set up for me a few weeks ago, but the
people who set it up set it up with an Administrator
password that I don't know and now I cannot download and
install certain applications.

I'm running XP on my laptop and have never had any
problems, however I recently got hit by the viruses that
were going round, after installing the patches it appears

I have XP Pro installed on my old computer that my
boyfriend uses.  He changed his password and now cannot
