When I try to get windows opdates, I get the
message "Your security settings prohibit running activex
on this page" I talked with AOL techs, but I cannot get
this message to go away. Can anyone help me?

I am a long time user of Norton AntiVirus (NAV), and have
recently installed Windows 2002 XP.  In the past I have
backed up my entire C drive weekly, taking the NAV option
of creating Rescue Disks after each virus definition

I added a password to my account and now when I log on I
get nothing but my wallpaper.  No desktop, start menu,
task bar, nothing!  How can I get back into the control
panel and remove my password?

I never use this function but mistakenly asked to save a

I just installed XP pro...no issues, I like the product.

websites..........and that wasn't of any help.

When I type in my password, and check the box
saying "remember my password on this computer", the
password is not remembered.  Is there a mechanism to fix
this?
