I upgraded to XP, now I have a problem in outlook
express.  I can not uninstall IE and I get errors trying
to reinstall IE.  Can I force the installation of IE 6
past the errors?

When I turn on my computer I get an error message saying
that MSSvc.EXE has encountered an error and must close.  I
send in the error report, but have not been able to
understand what the problem is or how to remedy it.  Does

In my application log the only error I receive is the following
"The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.
What is DgiVecp and how do I correct this problem. Any help would be better than what I have located thus far ...
