I am running XP Professional and Norton.  Ever since the
whole blaster worm business, I have noticed some strange

I am unable to schedule a backup. I have scheduled it
thru the task scheduler and also the backup wizard, and
then if you start the wizard to do a manual backup,

Can not upgrade from Windows 2000 to XP Pro. Even though
we are signed on under Administrator we receive the
message that you need administrator rights to install the

I need a little help.  I changed the domain name on my laptop to allow
access to my network, now at the WIN Log On prompt, it does not accept the
previous password.

I have a situation where all my drives are listed twice.
If you run mountvol then the second instance of the disks
are listed by GUID.
Interestingly Disk Manager see the correct number of
