I need to give a power user account full access to Network Connections area
so that he can modify all settings. Can this be done through group policy or
do you have to modify the Registry on the machine? Can anyone point me to
the proper settings to accomplish this?

At start up I get an error message advising "hole has

I've got a Peer to Peer network and I need to selectively
share certain folders (share with some users on the
network but not others).  Most of the Users are running
XP Home.
