Any idea how to show all my IE favorites folders at

I am signed on as administrator, I have deleted all files

I'm running Windows XP Home with two accounts, one for the kids and one for
me (as administrator).
I've noticed when trying to run LimeWire on the PC that all the folders,
when I'm logged in with either account, are Read Only.  I can only change
